Community Nursing Care is a support category aimed at providing individuals with disabilities access to specialized nursing services within their community settings. These services are designed to address the complex healthcare needs of individuals and promote their overall health and well-being.

Community Nursing Care may include a range of services such as wound care, medication management, continence management, catheter care, tracheostomy care, and support for individuals with complex medical conditions or disabilities that require ongoing nursing intervention.

The goal of JSS Community Nursing Care is to enable individuals with disabilities to remain living independently in their homes and communities while receiving the necessary medical support and interventions.
